About
Whitesite
Rafał Mazur
Photographer turned web designer
My journey began in 2017, when I photographed my first wedding and quickly found myself fully immersed in the world of visual storytelling. Years later, that same passion led me to web design. Today, I help fellow creatives build websites that reflect who they are and what they stand for.
I work from a quiet home near the forest in Poland, where I design with intention and space to think. I’m a fan of Neapolitan pizza, coffee brewed in far too many ways, and doing life, and work, on my own terms. That energy flows into every project I take on.

From Passion to Profession
It all started in 2020 when a friend asked if I could help with his website. At that time, my full-time job was wedding photography, and web design was nowhere on my radar.
But as I opened my editor, something clicked. I was reminded of my 13-year old self, launching an HTML course because I wanted to build websites.
Years later, it found me again.
Today, web design is not just a side project – it’s half of my professional life. It’s a craft I constantly refine, an obsession that keeps me up at night (in the best way possible).

The Evolution of Whitesite
Originally, my brand was Whitesite.pl – a nod to my Polish roots. But in 2025, I made the leap to Whitesite.io and switched to English. Why? Because the top names in Poland’s photography scene already have websites crafted by me.
Now, I’m setting sail for new horizons.
After years of learning, countless hours of refining my skills, and over 50 completed projects (plus an archive of lessons from trial and error), I’m stepping forward with unstoppable energy to create outstanding work.
Because when passion meets experience, great things happen.
And trust me – this is just the beginning.
